Goodbye October, Hello November
Thank you, October. . .
October started the journey for the last 90 days, and I have seen SO many of you attacking your dreams and achieving your goals. With only two months left of this year, of this decade, it’s a perfect time to set your November goals.
The amazing realization of what it really takes to progress your life, to love yourself, to know what it means to move forward comes with the fact that it starts now. Now as in the moment you’re reading this and you’ve mostly likely heard this before but once again: not on Monday and not the new year, NOW.
Whatever happened in October for you, take a moment to say thank you. Whether you progressed with your goals or didn’t, felt more happy or more sad, whether you felt good about life or not good about life: say thank you.
If you feel high on life, I am so proud of you. Now is the time to build on top of that, a matter of keeping it up by writing down your goals. You know what’s up.
If you feel down about life, I am still so proud of you. If you’re reading this, I am proud of you. You’re here and you’re breathing and if you’re struggling, I’m here for you. Life gets to us, sometimes more than others, but you can take what’s happening for you (not to you) and LEARN. Ask yourself, what is this teaching me?
Hello, November. . .
I want to remind you that goals don’t happen overnight and they won’t happen magically one day. If your goal is to lose weight, next month you could lose 2 pounds and still be farther along than October. If your goal is to write a book, like me, writing 75 pages is more than the 0 we have now. If your goal is to workout more, workout more times than you did in October.
I encourage you to take the time now to brainstorm your goals. Set your intentions. Write them down. Make a vision board. Say it out loud. Do what helps you in this situation and once you’ve done this, feel free to reach out to me to stay accountable. Our lives will manifest greatness and happiness, together.
